YOGA FOR MENOPAUSE

A little more than forty-one million women in the US alone have reached menopause. But yet we are barely talking about it.

Yoga as a tool can help make menopause, a daunting life event, less stressful, less mentally precarious, and less anxiety ridden.

A regular practice of asana (poses), breathing exercises and meditation can improve menopausal mood swings, hot flashes, depression, brain fog, anxiety, irritability, weight gain and more. 

Just as puberty, graduating from college, getting married, having a baby, the birth of a grandchild, discovering your true self; the transition into menopause is a life event that should be celebrated.

• Wrap Up/Adjourn

What is needed:

• Yoga Mats are provided ( however, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat)

• Register by Saturday, September 28th

• Attendees are required to read and sign the Liability Wavier Form
