Pop Up Practice With Amanda Trevelino

Join us to connect without and within in a monthly practice inspired by the changing seasons. As summer shifts to fall, we honor the Autumn winds and a time for unhurried equanimity. Our 75 minute slow flow includes guided pranayama, yoga Nidra and time for integration or conversation.

Gather with friends old and new to breathe, move, rest and reconnect. Movement practice will begin on the hour, so please arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up and settle in.
