Find Your Flow, Rekindle Your Flame. Redefine WellNess At this New Year Reset
our Retreat Center
We’ll gather under the first new moon of the new year, where the ocean meets the rainforest, at our private, boutique yoga and wellness destination. Immersed in nature steps from the beach at Golfo Dulce (sweet gulf) and a boat ride from Corcovado National Park, our retreat center supports renewing the body, mind and spirit as we come into HARMONY with our natural rhythms, and the simplicity of jungle life.
The bio-diversity found on the Osa peninsula is unsurpassed. Corcovado National Park encompasses the only remaining old growth wet forests on the Pacific Coast of Central America, and 13 major ecosystems where there is a good chance of spotting some of Costa Rica’s shyest and most endangered animals
Our immersion is produced by Amanda Trevelino, CIAYT, ERYT500 who offers a decade of experience guiding international retreats and transformative yoga to recalibrate both body and Spirit. Its curriculum is approved by Yoga Alliance for 20 continuing education hours.
Awaken each day to earth’s rhythms; to the sounds of the jungle and the pure life of the rich coast. Pura Vida is a state of mind and a philosophy that arises from embodying a simple life in harmony with nature.
