Find Your Flow, Rekindle Your Flame. Redefine WellNess With Amanda Trevelino, Gina Minyard and Gershone Hendelberg

We’ll gather under the first new moon of the new year, where the ocean meets the rainforest, at our private, boutique yoga and wellness destination. Immersed in nature steps from the beach at Golfo Dulce (sweet gulf) and a boat ride from Corcovado National Park, our retreat center supports renewing the body, mind and spirit as we come into HARMONY with our natural rhythms, and the simplicity of jungle life.

The bio-diversity found on the Osa peninsula is unsurpassed. Corcovado National Park encompasses the only remaining old growth wet forests on the Pacific Coast of Central America, and 13 major ecosystems where there is a good chance of spotting some of Costa Rica’s shyest and most endangered animals

Our immersion is hosted by Amanda Trevelino, Gina Minyard and Gershone Hendelberg. Together, they offer decades of experience guiding transformative yoga and sacred music to recalibrate both body and Spirit. Their program is approved by Yoga Alliance for 20 continuing education hours.

Awaken each day to earth’s rhythms; to the sounds of the jungle and the pure life of the rich coast. Pura Vida is a state of mind and a philosophy that arises from embodying a simple life in harmony with nature.

  • Your investment includes 12 Yogic experiences - morning movement + live music; then restful practice each afternoon. Kirtan music is offered to clear negative energy and reconnect us to our essential bliss. Yoga Nidra, or “conscious sleep,” facilitates subconscious re-patterning, deep rest, transformation and renewal.

  • Three meals daily are planned by Functional Medicine Nutritionist and Ayurvedic Practitioner Jennifer Millar. Your health resest includes delicious, nutrient dense, local fare that is celiac-friendly, gluten-free, and free of refined sugars. Each dining experience respects vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free choices.

  • Optional daily adventures are curated for you. Opt in to exploring wildlife in remote Corcovado park. Go boating with a marine biologist, kayak through moonlit mangroves, explore beaches by horseback, try waterfall rappelling. Or simply relax at the beach or journal by the salt water pool.

  • Massage and self-care services are offered in a climate-controlled, soul-soothing space just a short stroll away from the rhythmic energy of nearby surf. Additionally, take unstructured personal time to rest, reflect, renew, swim, explore, journal or just BE. JOMO (joy of missing out) is encouraged here!

  • This was a totally immersive yoga retreat. The thought that went into the planning of the five elements was not only present in our practices, but they transcended into our excursions. When it was time to return home, I could feel the family we became. I leave liberated with a much deeper self-awareness of why I’m fearful. I am forever grateful for this incredible mind & spirit changing experience.

  • I went on my first yoga retreat to Costa Rica. I barely knew anyone who was going, but Amanda and Julie made sure I was welcome and comfortable. I left with 15 new friends and the memories of a lifetime. Yoga twice a day was extremely nice for me, even though I'm new to yoga. The excursions that were offered were private for the group and absolutely amazing. Jennifer and Amanda where their the entire time to make everything seem effortless and simple. If you're looking for a retreat to recharge, refill, and grow...this is the group to do it.
