More than a nature immersion
This getaway is a biological reset timed at the most Yin season of the year. Rest here. Reflect. Experience sacred simplicity as you take a deliberate pause to reconnect to the rhythms of the earth and to your Self.
As outside stimulation falls away, you’ll hear again your inner voice. Honor your intuition, feel the Pulse, and emerge recalibrated, renewed and quietly empowered for the year ahead.
Arrive under the light of the Wolf Moon, the first Full Moon of the year.
This moon represents themes of protection and community — like the howl of the wolf, underscoring our ties to our "pack." Many people use this Moon as an opportunity for emotional reflection, reconnecting with their intuition, and honoring the relationships that matter most. It's also seen as a moment for setting intentions and recognizing inner strength
What you can anticipate.
Exhale, and begin the year with small-group travel to a remote, boutique jungle-meets-ocean setting. Each day starts with rich Costa Rican coffee and silent sunrises at your private beach. Whole-person nourishment is a priority with three nutrient dense, whole-food meals daily, each carefully planned by a professional Dietician. Morning yoga focuses on slowing down and attuning to inner strength and wisdom through gentle, mindful asana. Evening yoga is grounding, restful and reflective - think Yin yoga and deep rest Yoga Nidra to regulate the nervous system.
Your week includes a complimentary nutrition workshop, group Q&A and the chance for one-to-one guidance. Additionally you’ll have access to an astrology and Human Design workshop to attune to your individual energetic best practices.
Add on professional massages and your choice of optional adventures: visit Corcovado National Park, coast along with dolphins in the Golfo Dulce, Zip Line through the rainforest canopy; try canyoning and rappelling or float in a kayak through mangrove estuaries. Or embrace JOMO (the joy of missing out) to walk on the beach, or sit by the salt-water pool with new friends.
